Hi I'm Candy

I am a mother, a wife, and a daughter of God. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and a mother of five small children. I love to read and craft and spend time with my beautiful family. I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

As a young woman I didn't have a stable family around me. I went to church and there my youth leaders loved me and taught me that my Heavenly Father loved me as well. I know that as I live my life in a way that is pleasing to Heavenly Father, I am privileged to recieve blessings and guidance in living my life and raising my sweet family. I can't imagine sending my children out into this world every day without the protection I know they recieve as we live righteously. Being a Mormon and living in accordance with the teachings of this Gospel makes it possible to have hope in this crazy world we live in.

How I live my faith

I am privileged to work with the Young Women at church. I get to feel their strength and see firsthand the amazing things they do each day. I try to follow the teachings of our Savior, Jesus Christ, by loving those around me as my Savior has loved me. My husband is a great example to me of being anxiously engaged in a good cause. One or both of us are almost constantly doing something service related. That, to me, is the core of why we are here on this earth. Most importantly, I am striving to teach my children that they are sons and daughters of God and that they have a divine purpose here on this earth. We have Family Home Evening each week. We read scriptures with them and teach them about the power of prayer. We spend time doing activities as a family. My main focus at this time in my life is to teach them that Heavenly Father is real and that He loves them.
