Hi I'm Brady

I may not be perfect, but I try the best I can. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I like to play basketball and almost any other sport with a ball. Having pizza at least once a week is like the 11th Commandment. Chocolate Chip Cookies at Mid'night isn't a bad unless you forget the milk. I am quiet and hard to get to know, but thats who i am, if I feel comfortable with you you'll be surprised at what you get from me. I enjoy laughing and being with family, and hope to raise a family of my own in the coming few years. I am serving as a missionary in Melbourne Australia and love it. It has truely changed my life, the gospel blesses us all.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I was born into a family with the gospel. Growing up I just listened to my parents and followed them to church. For the longest time I would just tag along not really believeing there is a God or if Christ was real. As I went through school I had trials and experiences that have caused me alot of pain, grief and heart ache. I wanted to be happy and live a morally straight life. As I studied, and am now studying, the scriptures I have come to know without doubt that there is a God and he love each of us. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only true and living church on the earth and I will never look back. I have chosen my course and I am always seeking to improve my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying everyday to help someone out. Trying to seek after good things or praiseworthy things in this life. There is a lot of decievement in this world of what is good or praiseworthy, that is where the gospel helps me choose. I am spending the next few months as a full time volunteer for our church by teaching people about values and helping out by offering a hand of service to anyone around me. Of course I too make my fair share of mistakes but I know the only way to overcome my shortcomings is to forget about myself and put others ahead of myself. When we serve others we find true happiness and enjoy the life we have and can see that there is better things in this life.

How can I find someone to talk with, in person, about the Mormon religion?
