Hi I'm Wendy

I was born in El Salvador, and grew up in Canada. I am a Mormon

About Me

I like to cook and bake. I like gardening and learning new things. We have no children yet. I love all kinds of good music, and I like dancing Latin music. I work in the community taking care of the elderly and also people in rehabilitation. I like to serve other. I love my family and love my nephews and niece. I like camping, crabbing, fishing and many more things.I like to laugh, and make people feel at home and be comfortable around me.

Why I am a Mormon

Well, I think I owe this to my parents, as I was born in the church, in El Salvador. Having the Gospel in my life has being a blessing in my life, as I have enjoyed all the programs in the church, from Nursery, Primary, Young Women, Young Singles, Single Adults and Sunday School. I can say that all these programs in which I have participated have help me to gain a testimony of Jesus Christ and have made me who I am now. Even though I always saw in my home that we prayed, have family home evenings, went to church meetings and activities, there is always a stage in your life were you question the things in which you believe and that stage came to me when I was 14 years old. I was going to a church program each week day morning, called Seminary, in there is were you study the scriptures, and in that year we were studying the Book of Mormon. Just like all the missionaries ask,

How I live my faith

I strive to follow the example of JesusChrist and try to be happy with my family.
