Hi I'm Ian

I'm English. I'm probably one of the top ten saxophonists in my street. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married with four sons and lucky enough to have my own business. I enjoy writing, photography, rugby, screwball comedies and fixing up old cars.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church when I was 23 just because I prayed about The Book of Mormon and received a personal witness that it is true. I take a fairly simple view of things: because I know that The Book of Mormon is the word of God then I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is God's church on the earth. I was brought up without any faith and, when I compare my children's upbringing to my own, I see the happiness, strength and good that the Gospel brings to people's lives.

How I live my faith

I teach a class of teenagers every week in Sunday School. Kids have a way of keeping you humble but I love having the opportunity to help them to learn. The most important responsibility I have, though, is to help my wife to raise our children to be honest, compassionate young people.
