Hi I'm Alisa

I’m a daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. I love to travel, baseball & lighthouses & I love to spend time with my family.

About Me

I’m in the real estate industry and work with my family in residential real estate and residential property management. I have 14 amazing nieces and nephews, 9 brothers and sisters, two amazing parents and lots of friends and extended family! I consider myself a blessed person. I have a BS Degree from Brigham Young University in Family Science. I love to travel, read, watch baseball, visit lighthouses and spend time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I have the blessing of being a Mormon my entire life. I don’t remember a time when I didn’t know the Church was true. I have been born of ‘goodly parents who love the Lord’ and they taught me about my divine nature and my individual worth. Because of this I know who I am and I know God’s plan and I choose to follow Him in faith. I know for myself the Book of Mormon is true and because I know it is true I know that Joseph Smith was the prophet whom the Lord used to restore His Church back to this earth. This knowledge helps me to face the many adventures I face in this life…while my life has not been what I expected, I know that I am doing what the Lord wants me to be doing and therefore I am blessed! My testimony means everything to me!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by making the choice each day to follow my Savior. I choose to live my standards and I don’t change those standards. I serve my family and friends. I serve in the Church by accepting callings and assignments and I serve in my community. I am not afraid to share my testimony with others when I am asked about what I believe. I feel a great responsibility to be an example to my nieces and nephews and help them in their journey here on earth. The best way I live my faith is by choosing to be happy and choosing to follow the example of my Savior by serving others (The Book of Mormon teaches ‘…when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God.’ – Mosiah 2:17).
