Hi I'm Ana.

I am a mom of four amazing kids, I work as a mortgage underwriter from home and a wight lifting enthusiast and I am a Mormon!

About Me

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentine. I grew up in Maryland from the age of 3 1/2 and now reside in Charlotte, NC. I am a mortgage insurance underwriter and have been in the industry for 12+ years. I have four rambunctious kids that are a lot of fun. I go to school full time as well. I am working on my degree in Social and Criminal Justice and hope to go into the FBI and become a profiler. I know many think I may be over zealous, but ultimately I know the Lord will lead me to where he wants me to be. I gain great faith and love from helping my fellow sisters in educating them in the rights and support system available to them as they struggle to find their self worth after a messy relationship or marriage. I am blessed to have parents who love me and taught me that I am of divine worth and that I am His daughter and that He has a plan for me and now for me and my children. I love the outdoors and working out, so to keep from getting overwhelmed. I love the beach. I also enjoy music. I love them even more when I get to share them with my children. Being a single mom is not easy but certainly builds character and teaches much more patience than I have ever experienced. I am honored to be the mother of such wonderful kids.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a product of convert parents. I was raised with the gospel all around me. I enjoyed it and the people it brought into my life. It was very recently that I can say I was truly converted. I thought I was when I was younger, but just last year, I was really struggling to be a mom, to hold a full time job, go to school full time and be an example for my children. The Lord has put people into my life to remind me of how much He loves me and how aware He is of me. I can see all of the blessings. I was asked by the missionaries to focus on the small things. So each night now, especially on the really hard days, I make a small list of all of the little things that my kids have done for me or for each other. "6 Now ye may suppose that this is foolishness in me; but behold I say unto you, that by small and simple things are great things brought to pass; and small means in many instances doth confound the wise. 7 And the Lord God doth work by means to bring about his great and eternal purposes; and by very small means the Lord doth confound the wise and bringeth about the salvation of many souls."- Alma 37: 6-7

How I live my faith

I have been blessed to be able to teach my children everyday by reading the scriptures with them and by applying His teachings at the moment we/they face a situation. The ask me to read and always want to pray. They actually argue as to who will bless the food or say family prayer. I live my faith through the knowledge I have been taught over the years and the testimony that keeps growing from what I learn now as an adult and a mother. I just love people for who they are and when they ask or I see appropriate I remind them of their divine nature and individual worth. I love to share with others how much the Lord loves them.
