Hi I'm Rob Prina

I grew up in Detroit Michigan, moved to Utah when i was 12, and served a mission in Brisbane Australia, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Twin! I'm the youngest of 7 kids. I moved to Provo Utah from Detroit Michigan when I was 12. I love cars, shoes, hip hop, basketball and hacky sack. I have 19 adorable nieces and nephews. I loved serving my mission in the beautiful Australia Brisbane Mission. I am currently going to uni, studying graphic design. I love being a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!

Why I am a Mormon

When I was in high school I read The Book of Mormon - Another Testament of Jesus Christ. I had learned that I could know if it was of God by reading it and praying to ask God if it was true. My parents and teachers had taught me what the Spirit of God (The Holy Ghost) was, but I learned on my own what this unique feeling was, and how to recognize it. Now I have prayed many times to know of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and its divine origins. Through the feelings transmitted by the Holy Ghost - the Spirit of God - I have received a personal witness of the truthfulness of this Book and the marvelous work that surrounds it. I have been a witness to miracles, and divine healing. I have seen, first hand, lives change completely and people spiritually born again because of the simple and profound message of the restored fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am a member of Christ's Church because it brings a fulness of joy into my life. I love being a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I recently returned from serving a full time mission for the Church, in Brisbane Australia. It was the most challenging and most rewarding experience of my entire life. As a returned missionary, I seek ways to continue to share the gospel with others, though I no longer where a badge. I am in charge of a weekly activity for the young single adults in my congregation called Family Home Evening. We always have a blast! I live my faith by always striving to live the commandments and actively applying the Gospel of Jesus Christ in my life. Because I am not perfect, I make mistakes everyday, and thus I continually have to repent. When I repent I can feel that God has forgiven me of my sins. This strengthens my testimony of Christ's eternal doctrine.
