Hi I'm Gregg

I am married to my best friend and we have two great children. I work with implantable medical devices. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Above all else, I love being a husband and a father. While I enjoy my job, it is a means to support my family. My legacy is my family, not my job. I am a nut for all things technical. At work, I write online courses to help company employees and medical professionals learn about pacemakers and implantable defibrillators. At home, I have three Mac computers, to Apple TVs, an iPad, two iPhones, and several iPods. Obviously an Apple addict. I enjoy watching movies, reading Sci-fi books, bicycling, walking and gardening.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the LDS (Mormon) church. My father was a third-generation mormon, and my mother joined the church with my grandparents when she was 13 years old. I went on a mission when I turned 19 to Venezuela. The intense, full-time study of my religion during that time helped reinforce my youthful desire to serve and live by my beliefs. Countless expereinces and challenges since then have only helped me grow in my appreciation and gratitude to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints.

How I live my faith

I have had a number of jobs in the church, including assistant scoutmaster, Sunday School teacher, and leader of one of the adult men's organizations. However, my favorite callings have been in music. I played the organ during regular Sunday services (Sacrament Meeting) for a few years. I have spent almost 10 years playing the piano for the childrens services (Primary). I currently am the chorister for the children. I thoroughly enjoy teaching them songs. You should here them belt them out! They are sweet and their belief is so innocent and pure.

How are the activities of the Mormon missionaries funded?

During my mission, my parent kindly supported me by sending their own money. I will be honored to do the same for my children when the serve. Show more Show less
