Hi I'm Sid

I grew up in Idaho. I'm a rancher. I love basketball. I received 12+ gold medals and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up on a farm in Idaho. I never played basketball in High School, but I was recruited by the High School coach to come play basketball for him at College. That's where my love for basketball developed. During my senior years, I had the opportunity to play "Senior Basketball" in the United Statea and Internationally for about 15 years. At the age of 55 I received my first GOLD METAL. During those 15 years I received 12+ more GOLD MEDALS. My love of playing basketball continues.

Why I am a Mormon

My Father came to America from Sweden and joined the church. I was taught as I grew up. I have read the Book of Mormon many times and there is no doubt in my mind that it is the word of God. It is a second witness that Jesus is the Christ. I ask people, "If I were to give you a book that had the actual account of the Saviors visit to this continent would you read it?" You can know if it is true. Read it and pray and ask God.

How I live my faith

I have had the opportunity of serving in the church all my life. When you serve others great joy and satisfaction comes. My wife and I have served three mission together for the church, and we have loved every minute of it. We are currently serving in the Family History Library, helping people find their ancestors.
