Hi I'm Lisa

I was born and raised in Northeastern Arizona. I love the beautiful sunsets. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to serve those around me. I am a mother of four awesome kids. I love the outdoors, camping, RVing, spending lots of family time, and loves to read.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a life time member of the Church, I know that it is the true gospel upon the earth. I testify that Heavenly Father hears and answers prayers. That through trials and tribualtions we can grow and learn more of the Atonement of our Savior. I love the Temple where I can find peace and comfort there. In the scriptures I find myself pondering the things that I face in my own life and find many answers and direction in reading and following the words written in them. The blessings I have received from obeying the commandments have fulfilled my life with trust in a loving Heavenly Father. Each day I pray for guidance in serving those around me that I may touch someone in need. I am so grateful to have a beautiful family here upon this earth to help me become a better person, and know that I can be with them forever.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving in the Cub Scouting program, I use to think that this program was not for me, I know this is where Heavenly Father needs me to help prepare these young boys for future callings. I love being a visiting teacher it helps my testimony grows from those I teach. I have had the opportunity to serve with the youth in our ward and stake in teaching, serving and learning from them through girls camp, youth conference and the trek. I have felt the spirit so many times in serving these valiant spirits. I love the Primary where I have served on a ward and Stake level what unique little spirits that are placed upon this earth to learn and grow by example. I know that Heavenly Father unites wards and stakes together through prayers and that the people I have attended sacrament meetings, stake conferences, and served with have been placed in my life to help me.
