Hi I'm John

I'm a Mormon. I am a father of many and have a wonderful wife. I am retired military and I grew up in Wyoming.

About Me

I have spend many years in the Military, retired and work for the government still. My wife and I have 9 children with 17 grandchildren and 3 on the way. I have been active in the LDS church most of my life and enjoyed every minute. We have traveled the world over and boast many wonder experiences with the church and its wonderful memebers in the many different countries we have been in.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church in 1974 after my older brother introduced me to the missionaries. I was the last memeber of my family of 6 to join because I was in the military. We love the church and have witnessed its blessings on our family and now enjoy the effects it has on our many grandchildren. I would not change a thing in my life when it comes to the blessings of the church.

How I live my faith

After spending many years in the military and being around its differing influencses I have learned where to stand when I am away from the safety of my home. It is important for me to let people know soonest that I am a memeber of the church and arm myself against the negativity of the world. Like everything else it takes practice to do the Lord's will and the more you follow the Lord the easier it gets. Experience, time and patience helps strengthen a person spiritually.
