Hi I'm Traci

I'm a mom. I have a degree in Criminal Justice. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother to two wonderful children. I just finished my Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and in the near future, I plan on attending Law School. I am also a wife. People thought I was crazy when I got married at the age of 18, but the Lord directed me to my husband, and it has been the greatest blessing of my life. I love to refinish furniture. Nothing is more exciting then seeing something on the side of the road, taking it home and turning it into something beautiful.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the LDS church, my dad has been a lifelong member and my mother is a convert. I grew up going to church every Sunday like alot of people do, but I found out on my own that this gospel, this church, holds infinite truths. I am a Mormon because I know that this is what I should be. I know that this gospel makes me the best version of myself. It is peaceful knowing that I can make mistakes, and that this gospel allows for those mistakes. I love this church because I get to have a personal relationship with my Savior, He's not just a person that I strive to follow, but he is also a friend. A friend that you can always count on, a friend that doesn't judge, a friend that understands every hardship and trial that you have ever been through. I love my Savior and I love this church.

How I live my faith

I help out with activities in the ladies organization within our church. I help plan, and organize service nights when we might help others as well as nights when we get to have fun learning something new. I also live my faith by sharing the gospel with others. I used to be very shy about doing this, not because I was embarrased but I didn't feel that I was adequate enough to do so. Once I opened my mouth though I couldn't keep it closed. When you feel an inner happiness and peace that you can only get from this gospel, you want to share those feelings with others.
