Hi I'm Justin

I'm a biochemist and a father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a graduate student and do research in biochemistry. My wife and I were blessed this past year with twin baby boys. Despite the sleepless nights and countless diapers, the twins are a blast. When I'm not at work or school, I enjoy playing with my boys, working on projects around the house, reading and playing basketball.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the Mormon church primarily because it helps me develop my faith in Jesus Christ. I believe that the doctrine of the church is true, and provides the path that will lead to eternal happiness. The church also provides opportunities for me to live a Christ-like life.

How I live my faith

I am a leader in the men's organization in the church. I teach lessons during Sunday meetings, plan activities with church members, and visit members of the church in their homes. I love visiting with people and talking about our shared faith in the Savior. I spend time every day reading the scriptures and praying. These activities help keep my thoughts focused on God throughout my day. It helps me to feel a greater sense of purpose and direction in my life.
