About Me

I am simple girl. I'm not that materialistic, except if it's needed. According to the observation of other people, I am a jolly person; it's true!. I love reading good books I just started to love Nicholas Sparks' novels. Of course, the Book of Mormon is my favorite! I love dolphins! I enjoy watching them every time I have the opportunity. They're so cute and friendly. I love eating burgers, though not all the time of course. I love staring at the sky specially if it's clear. It just gives me inner peace. i love going to church. i love communicating with my Heavenly Father. i spend much of my time reading the scriptures in my room; i just love making it "colorful". i love attending the institute! i love "gazing" at the stars. (but in the future, i want to be someone's MOON ♥ ) i love collecting 25cents coins [and that of lower denomination]. i love taking shots (either i'm subject or photographer). i love purchasing (grocery/market) i just want to test my budgeting skills. i love chocolates (fave: snickers) i love snowballs! (from Good Shepherd) i love dreaming while awake i love surprises!! i hate marsh mallows! i don't want jellies. *I started to love marsh mallows on April 30, 2013 when some of our churchmates slept over in our house. They taught me how to make "smores" yummy! i hate cigarette smoke. arg! i hate dishonesty. *i value TRUST. (whatever kind of relationship, trust goes both ways though) when i say "no".. NO..

Why I am a Mormon

My father is a taxi driver. It just happened that the LDS missionaries became his passengers. The missionaries asked my father's idea about the Mormon church, and asked if they can come visit our home. My father agreed. Since then, the missionaries kept on visiting and teaching us. We were baptized and confirmed in the 2003. I was nine then. I, honestly, don't know the purpose of our baptism that time. We were taught before that since we were only born once, we should only be baptized once----in the catholic church. I didn't had my testimony then. When I entered my first year in high school, I was encouraged to enroll at the seminary program of the church. I thought to myself, "There is no harm in trying, Mary.", so I enrolled. Since then, I have learned many great and precious things. I have gained a testimony, which is my OWN. = I am currently enrolled in the institute, and continue in progressing. = I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the living church of Christ here on earth. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ live and love us. I know that Joseph Smith, Jr. is and was a true prophet of God, and that President Thomas S. Monson is our living prophet in our days. I know that the Book of Mormon is most correct book in the earth, that it contains the fullness of our Lord's gospel. I know the teachings of the church are true, and our leaders are truly called of God. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I was the laurel class of young women ages 16-17 class president. I have finished my personal progress, a program for young women, comprising of eight values: faith, divine nature, individual worth, knowledge, choice and accountability, good works, integrity, and virtue, and I have earned my medallion. I am an active participant in all church activities and meetings. I made sure that I won't miss a single activity or meeting. I am, regularly, reading my Book of Mormon with prayer. I am attending my institute classes.
