Hi I'm Amy

I'm a wife, a runner, I make a mean chocolate chip cooking, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to travel the world and explore new places. I have a passion for anything health related. I love being in the kitchen creating delicious food. I have a zest for life and being around happy people. I love to laugh and have fun. I'm a sucker for the beach and good weather. I'm a wife to a busy dental student. And I can't wait to be a mom.

Why I am a Mormon

I owe being a member of the church to my parents, who have raised me and my family to put all of our trust and faith in our Father in Heaven, who truly hears and answers our prayers. My parents taught me the importance of the gospel and in living it to the best of my ability. Knowing I have a Father in Heaven who hears and answers my prayers, and a Savior who died for my sins, gives me peace and hope in a world that is lacking. I find great joy in knowing my Saviors plan for me, and for my purpose here in this life. I love reading the Book of Mormon, and finding the answers to things I stand in need of, and often times, the things I didn't even know I was in need of. If the gospel wasn't true, nothing in this life would make sense. I believe that with all my heart. The gospel is what gives life meaning. The gospel is what answers the questions the world can't. The gospel is my everything.

How I live my faith

Every other Wednesday, I get to work with the 8-12 year old girls, teaching them new skills, helping them discover new talents, and watching their testimonies grow. Every Sunday, I get to assist my husband in teaching the 12-14 year old youth about our latter-day prophets, and watching their testimonies grow. Every day, I try to study the gospel, so my own testimony can continue to grow.
