Hi I'm Annie.

I'm a dreamer. I am an advocate for victims of domestic violence, and a Mormon.

About Me

I am a writer, an artist, a singer, and an aspiring novelist. I have been doing volunteer work with a Crisis Center since 2005, and grown through my service work their. Love is infinite, and I take that to heart; there are few things I do not love, and no person I do not find some reason to love. My family is my strongest support unit, and my friends are all fabulous, whether or not we spend time together. I am very average, and very simply a happy person. Intelligence is one of my favourite attributes, and one I am working on developing. Having been out of school for two years, I am ready to jump back in, for the sheer sake of learning and progressing.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church, yet I have continued to develop my testimony, for the purpose of sharing the pure love of Christ. I'm a Mormon because through everything, the Gospel has been my rock, and my standing point, and has become part of who I am. Without the Gospel in my life, I cease to be myself, and that is scarier than anything. . . I have learned about the woman, daughter, friend, and - someday - the mother I am becoming. I know who I am, what I stand for, and who it is that supports me. My Father in Heaven, His son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost.

How I live my faith

I am one of the two members who teach the Sunday School lessons and I participate in all the activities I can! Other than being a teacher, I help plan the activities that we go on, sometimes leading and sometimes supporting those who lead. We have so much fun in this ward family we've joined, and I try to get in on as many service projects as I can. I love hanging out with the other Sisters in my ward, talking, and going on picnics whenever weather permits. Many of the things that I learned in the church I have incorporated into my work, my schooling, and even how I conduct myself around friends. I live my faith through service to everyone, regardless of circumstance, and try to continue it through my example.
