Hi I'm Nick

I'm a doctor of physical therapy student and love health. I grew up in several places in the U.S. I love Jesus Christ.

About Me

I am a student and my wife (of nearly 2 years) and I are expecting a child by the end of the year. I grew up mostly in Texas and Utah, but have lived a few other places. I love studying about the body and helping people to live pain free and to be healthy. I enjoy reading almost anything non-fiction. (I know, I'm boring.) My favorites are health, business, philosophy, and history related.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have felt so strongly the Holy Spirit confirm to me that the Lord Jesus Christ does guide a prophet on the today who is the president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormon church). I sometimes think about how much fun I could have if I did not live the standards of the Savior as taught my the church. After pondering though I realized that following Jesus Christ brings more happiness in this life and in the life to come than anything I could create on my own. If not for personal experiences of the Holy Spirit speaking to me undeniably then I would not be able to continue to live God's commandments.

How I live my faith

I attempt to have a powerful effect on individual lives. I want others in my community those in my local congregation and those who don't attend to know that they can ask me for help and know that I love them. The Savior always took time to care for individuals. He didn't just discuss how things should be, but He took time to heal the sick and to teach individuals who had question concerning salvation. In my pursuit to follow the Savior as He commanded I attempt to be concerned for and to love the individual.
