Hi I'm Linda

I am a mother of 2, a grandmother of 7. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a caregiver in an Assitant Living for Adults with memory loss. I love my job it so much more rewarding then working in an office answering phones, which I did before. Since moving to Minnestoa my family and myself have grown so much in the gosple. My daughter in law joined the church. My son in law joined along with my grandaughter. My husband and I have been sealded in the Temple for time and all enterty. Which would have probly never happened had we not moved to Minnesota. Things were always just to hecktic and busy where we lived before. I work the night shift 11pm -7am, that way I can make it to church every Sunday. Exspecialy now being a Primary President. Working with the children and helping thier testimonies of Jesus Christ grow is more than words can say. With each child I watch get baptized my faith and testimony grows.

Why I am a Mormon

When investagating the church, the things that impressed me most was that we are resonsable for our own sins not Adam and Eves or anybody else just our own. Also the thought of being sealed to my family for time and entrnity was the greatest, not just "till death do us part". These two points and many others hit me very strong and my testimony grew from there. It is the on going leaning of the teachings of our Savior Jesus Christ that keeps thing going in my life. He has helped us in so many ways. As the song says we try and "Count our many blessings everyday".

How I live my faith

By doing the best I can as a friend, a mother, a wife, and a sister. In doing all I can to keep leaning and growing in the gospel. Doing the best I can in my callings and excepting any calling the Lords thinks I am ready to handle. So when I need to call on Him for help or just to be able to talk things out, with someone who is always there to listen and answer my prayers. They may not be answered in the way I think but in the way the Lord knows is best for me.

Do Mormons practice polygamy?

No. It had its time in our history but we follow the laws of the land also. Show more Show less
