Hi I'm Molly

I attend college in Idaho, I'm a photographer, and a fun and friendly Daughter of God. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 19 and I am the youngest in my family of 3 children. I recognize that as the youngest I am spoiled, but a year ago we got an adorable Beagle puppy, and since then she has replaced me as the baby of the family and is the most spoiled of us all. Who can help but to spoil such an adorable puppy? I will attend college in the fall. I think I'll miss the dog most. My plan is to get my BFA in Photography. Photography is my talent and passion. Ever since I was little I have loved cameras I think my first camera was Barbie brand and took film. I hope to work out of my house as a freelance photographer after college and, hopefully, marriage. I mostly want to work with families, teenagers, and weddings my dream is to take beautiful engagement photos! My other passions include ballroom dancing my favorites are the Salsa, Cha Cha, Waltz, and Swing, reading, singing and music, movies, horseback riding, my friends and family, and the gospel. I enjoy attending the temple and whenever I go on vacation, I try to make time to visit the local temple. There is just such a sweet spirit on the grounds and inside, and my hope is that I'll one day enter in holding the hand of my sweetheart. I am friendly, funny, and a loveable person. I love people and I love making new friends. My best friend would describe me as "crazy, loud, fun, funny, kind, considerate, honest, caring, loving, and 'AMAZING '. Obsessions food, movies, music, EFY, Photography, Jamba Juice, popcorn, & driving."

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? Well, the first reason is because I was born in the church. I have wonderful parents who were married in the temple, and they have set the example for me. The second reason I am a mormon is because I chose to be. As I have grown up and left my family ward for a singles branch, I have had to continuously rely upon my own testimony. My testimony is not perfect and it's constantly being challanged and changing and growing. There were two main things in my life that helped me to know for myself the truth: EFY and Seminary. EFY is possibly my most favorite thing in the world. I plan to go as long as possible by becoming a counselor as soon as I'm able. As a participant, I went to EFY for 5 years (06-10). EFY is where my testimony really took flight. I will always remember the amazing Spirit I felt there every time I went. I always wrote down/bore my testimony and it always grew. I always came home a stronger member of the church. I will always remember the Sunday after I came home from EFY in 2010. My parents were out of town and my sister came to spend some time with me. Her friend was going to cut her hair while my sister was in the area, so we went over to her friend's house and I visited with them while she got her hair cut. Soon, her friend's little siblings started playing songs that were innapropriate for Sunday. I was suddenly shocked by what I felt: the Spirit had left me, but I hadn't even realized I had had HIs presence with me in the first place. I had never felt that feeling before, but I knew without a doubt that what I felt was the sudden absense of His presense; I had had it with me all week to suddenly have it leave. I remember that often and I strive to never have that feeling again. Seminary has been a big strength to me as well. I know that through my four years of going my testimony was strengthened through the scriptures and the testimonies of my teachers. I know that I am a daughter of God and I love this gospel and Jesus Christ!

How I live my faith

I simply try to follow the Prophet and keep the commandments. I serve in my singles branch as the chairperson of the music committee. I am also the female rep for the branch, and I attend council meetings and take news of activities and firesides back to my branch president.
