Hi I'm Loyce

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife, mother of 8, grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 8. I love my family very much. I have a twin sister who lives in Arizonia and a brother that lives in Oklahoma. I grew up in Oklahoma, married and moved to the Pacific Northwest. I have lived in Washington state, Texas, Florida and now Idaho. I am now serving a mission with my husband in Idaho.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church in 1971 with my husband, thanks to neighbors who shared the gospel with us. Life is not always easy, there are lots of tempations and the gospel gives me a clear direction and path to follow. I am thankful to know I have a loving Heavenly Father who loves and knows me. I am thankful to know I can talk to him through prayer and that I have the Holy Ghost to give me comfort, direction and understanding when I need it. I know I can be forgiven of the mistakes I make because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I am just so thankful for the effect the gospel of Jesus Christ has on my life.

How I live my faith

My husband and I are serving an activation mission for the church, we work with the less actives and try and help them become active again. I have learned how easy it is to become less active and how very hard it is to come back. I enjoy talking to people and hearing their story and then bearing my testimony to them. It is great to see people become excited about the gospel once again.
