Hi I'm Brianne!

I work at a hotel as a night auditor and I love throwing theme parties with my friends and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

As I mentioned before, I work at a hotel and it can really introduce you to people from all over the world. I love it and I love meeting people and talking with them and hearing about their life experiences. I tend to be a pretty social person. Right now I'm a single woman and I've really learned how to be independant and to do things for myself, but I never forget that I have a huge network of friends from work, church and family that are always there for me. I love to watch movies and listen to music and nothing pleases me more than an impromptu dance party with friends in the car or living room. Even though I'm barely into my 30's I feel like a big kid at heart and I love to help my friends remember their childhood by throwing parties with silly themes. Whether it's a grilled cheese sandwich party or lumberjack themed going away party, I love to get people together and just have a great time!

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a member of the church my entire life. I did have a period of time where I didn't go to any church and I consider it to be the darkest part of my life so far. Since I've come back to church I've really gained a testimony of Jesus Christ and His Atonement. I've learned to have a personal relationship with him and that he knows me and cares for me personally, just as he does all human beings. I believe that the gospel of Jesus Christ that is taught in in the Church of Jesus Christ to be the truest and most complete gospel that you can find. I have the privilege of going to the temple and being an active participant in my congregation and that has brought me more joy and hope than I've ever thought possible. One of my greatest desires is to live my life in such a way that it will entice others to learn about what makes me so happy. To learn that my happiness comes from knowing my Savior and hopefully helping them also learn to know their Savior and find that happiness as well.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church regularly and making sure to set time aside to attend the temple. As I am given responsibilities in my ward, I commit to them and make sure I devote as much time and attention to those things as I do to anything else. I try to remember that I have made a covenant to take my Savior's name upon me. That means that everything I do is representative of Him. This helps me to be kind, forgiving, charitable and loving.
