Hi I'm Elleshia

Im a drawer, a dancer, a singer, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a really outgoing person. I love to do anything that is spontaneous and that is different and creative. I love to draw, read or watch movies on my relaxing days. I love to drive and listen to music as well. Baking has become a hobby of mine. I love to horseback ride and train animals as well.

Why I am a Mormon

I was always a member. I grew up in the Church, but I did not understand it's teachings, so I went off and did my own thing for awhile. Once I stopped going to Church and reading and praying, I felt that something was missing. I wasnt sure what it was. I felt an emptiness that I could not explain, no matter how much I wanted to fill that void, I could not. I then decided to find my way back to Church and once I was there, I realized what I had been missing. I learned that I needed Him in my life. He is my foundation. I could not stand tall without Him. Once, I realized what I was missing I knew that the Gospel was true. I have has so many things happen to me, that I knew that I wasnt alone and that God loved me and that He was there for me. I have a testimony of God and of how he knows me and loves me. I know that He will never leave my side and that He is always watching over us.

How I live my faith

I am a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I teach people about the Gospel and show them how to come closer to Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father. I go to church every Sunday and I remember what Jesus Christ has done for me. I pray daily and i read my scriptures daily.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Elleshia
Learn and read the Book of Mormon. Take lessons from the Missionaries. Pray about the Book of Mormon and ask if it's true. In the Bible in James 1:5 it says "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God which giveth to all men liberally and upbraideth not and it shall be given him." An answer may not be given right away. Some get discouraged because of it. Continue to read the Book of Mormon and then pray diligently. Seek and answer in earnest and with a desire to know. And an answer will be given on the Lord's time. Show more Show less
