Hi I'm Aimee

I'm a writer, a journalist and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a journalism student focusing on becoming a good writer. I hope to make a difference someday as an advocate journalist. I also enjoy painting, playing the guitar and singing.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a Mormon family. I choose to continue living this Gospel because it makes me happy. I feel joy. I feel love. I feel peace. What else in the world can compare?

How I live my faith

My faith in Jesus Christ helps me be my best self by helping me realize who I truly am. A child of God. With that knowledge I have confidence, trust in God and a desire to help others. The great thing about the Gospel is that it's easy to live. I live my faith by being myself. I try to be happy, serve others and do the things I love, like write or play music.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Like a testimony given in a court room, a testimony is what Mormons believe to be true. They are usually simple statements like, "I know that prayer brings blessings because I have been blessed from praying." Show more Show less
