Hi I'm Alicia

I'm a dancer, a teacher, a friend, a daughter, a sister and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have always loved to dance. Dancing is my passion in life. I find such joy in being able to express myself through movement. In each stage of my life I have taken time to evaluate what I am doing and I have found that dancing is always going to play a part in my life. I am the oldest of four children and love each of my siblings so very much. My family rocks my world and I feel so blessed that I get to be with my family forever and always.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I was raised by two parents who have strong testimonies and taught me to make my own choices. While many would wonder why I would want to stay a member with all the "rules" that are imposed on me, I have found that these "rules" help to keep me safe and happy. Even after moving out of my parent's house I kept going to church. There were times when I wanted to stop going, when I was sure life would be easier without dealing with church every Sunday. However, I kept going and leaning and growing and I have found that without the gospel in my life I would be so very lost.

How I live my faith

I love attending activities that the church offers young single adults. My group has weekly, sometimes bi-weekly activities and they are always so much fun! I really enjoy getting to know people and sharing my experiences with others on a weekly basis. We have a lot of fun without having to get drunk or high, something that I think is pretty darn cool.
