Hi I'm Anna

I am a mother of 3. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 3. I have trained for and completed a marathon, and want to do more. I love playing at the park with my kids, watching movies with my husband, having game nights with my siblings, and having dinner out with my friends. I think 3 year olds are the funniest people I know.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into an LDS family. Being raised in the church, going to church every Sunday, hearing my parents pray out loud and bear their Testimonies of the Gospel, I sort of took it for granted. I am grateful to my parents for helping me gain the small Testimony that I did as a child/teen. After stumbling as a young adult, I was able to rely on that solid foundation and small Testimony to help me come back into the Gospel and to gain a firm and strong Testimony of my own that Christ is my Savior, this is His Church, that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God and that though we make mistakes, if we rely on our Savior and have faith in Him we can be forgiven. I am thankful for the friendships, examples, and service that this Church offers, but mostly I am thankful that I was able to come to know for myself through study and prayer that this Church is true. It has blessed my life, and my families life.

How I live my faith

I currently serve in the church's children's organization in our local ward, I am a secretary in the presidency of that organization. I get to listen as the children are taught to know Jesus Christ, to do what is right, to be a good friend and many other important life and gospel lessons. My husband and I have Family Home Evening with our children on Monday nights to teach them the Gospel of Jesus Christ often using Bible Stories and Book of Mormon Stories. I go visit other sisters in our ward to get to know them, fellowship them and find ways to serve them.
