Hi I'm Sarah Gallen

I'm a wife, BYU student, dancer, hiker, and outdoorsman. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love getting to know other people's life story. Some of my favorite times are sitting down and talking to people one on one. My favorite time of the year is the spring time when everything is blooming, especially the trees. I love to sit down under a tree and look up as the light peeks through the leaves. A have a passion for all types of dancing: waltz, cha-cha, free style, etc.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I truly find peace, happiness, and joy by abiding and living the commandments of God. I have felt the atoning sacrifice my Savior Jesus Christ and want to follow Him in everyway. I know that being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is how I accomplish this.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my hardest to live what I believe. Reading myscripture, saying my prayers, trying to do good for others, going to church, and doing what God would have me do. I try and focus my life on Jesus Christ and w I feel that in today's world there are so many things to distract us from things that are really important like family.

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

Sarah Gallen
Our purpose is to to become and receive all that our Heavenly Father hath. We are His spirit children sent to Earth to gain a physical body. He gave us a great gift of agency to choose between good and evil. Through choosing good over evil, we learn to be like our Heavenly Father and understand His character and will. The small choices we make everyday make up our life. He blesses us that we enter this world into a family. Families are eternal and can exist beyond this Earthly life. In the home we can be taught to make those good decisions and be uplifted when we're feeling burdened from the worldly cares. We each have a personal mission that God would have us to accomplish.
