Hi I'm Tim

I grew up in Salt Lake City. I have lived in Canada, Jerusalem, and Alaska. I am my best self when I am thinking.

About Me

Grew up in Salt Lake City. Olympus High School. Mission to Canada. Study aboard in Jerusalem. Two summers in Alaska. Attended BYU. Worked for Target. Working for Intermountain Healthcare. Married to Jami (Awesome!). One kid Emi (Awesome!). One on the way (Awesome!).

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because of small experiences that I have had over and over. It hasn't been one moment where I can look back and say that is when I knew the church was true. It was experience after experience telling me that this was the path to God. This life is to act and not be acted upon. A big part of how I gained my testimony was from deciding to act and see if this was true. I finally put in the work and read The Book of Mormon, payed attention in church, and prayed to Heavenly Father to know if The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints was true or not and I found out through many small experiences that is it TRUE! The gospel that is found in the church blesses my life in every aspect from spiritual to physical to financial. The Lord is interested in blessing every aspect of our lives and gives us counsel so that we may be blessed. There is a modern day prophet on the earth like Moses, Adam, Noah, etc. who is on the earth today and we can listen to his counsel that he gets from Heavenly Father. The Book of Mormon is scripture that the Lord wanted us to have and provides so much benefit in my life. It is true and I know that God gave it to us.

How I live my faith

Church. Scriptures. Pray. Service. Temple. Family. Hometeaching. Study. Listen to modern day Prophets. Pause, simplify, and think to receive thoughts from Heavenly Father.
