Hi I'm Karen

I am deaf. I am a Native Texan. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 2 wonderful daughters. I like creating floral arrangements. I have been a member of the church for about 15 years.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I have always believed in Jesus Christ. I try my best to keep His light by serving others. I share my abiding gratitude to the Lord for His kindness and mercy in my life, even before I became a Latter-Day Saint. During the most difficult periods of my life, He delivered and preserved me, not only from physical dangers but as I sought His aid from many of my own weaknessess. By seeking guidance from above, and by following divinely restored gospel principles found in the LDS faith, we can be a happier people. While being LDS can be a lot of work and commitment, the privilege to enter those beautiful houses of God make it all worth it.

How I live my faith

I enjoy helping others in my ward and in my community. I enjoy being a teacher in the deaf branch.
