Hi I'm Kendra

I grew up in a military family, married a soldier, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I have been married for close to two years. My husband and I were married in the Logan temple. Our first child, a son, was born in March and is now 4 months old. I love being my little one's mommy. It is such a blessing and a comfort to me to know that my family is forever. I enjoy being with my family the most. I like shooting guns, crafts, slowly starting to like cooking, hate cleaning, love traveling, movies, and going to the arcade. I also LOVE animals!

Why I am a Mormon

I was fortunate enough to be born into an LDS family. My father is a converted to the LDS faith when he was 19 in Edmonton Canada, where he was raised. The only member of his family to have joined the church. I am a mormon because I know with out a doubt that this church is true. After graduating high school, I made mistakes and lived a life in unhappiness. It was upon my return to church that I gained a strong tesitmony of its truthfulness and the happiness it brings to my life. I wouldn't trade anything in the world for what I know to be true. I am a daughter of God, he loves me, he wants to return to live with him and has made that possible through his son, our Savior, Jesus Christ. Now, I am a strong member of the church, teach young women each Sunday, and am sealed for time and all eternity to my husband and my son and all our children that will come in the future.

How I live my faith

I strive each day to be an example of our Heavenly Father and our Savior. I currently teach the Mia Maid's class in Young Women. They are girls ages 14-15. I absolutely love teaching them each Sunday! I also have served on the activites commitee for my singles ward prior to getting married.
