Hi I'm Jason

I was born in the South. I moved out West to live in the wide open spaces. I'm a web developer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a dad to two wonderful girls. I'm happily married to a wonderful woman. I enjoy backpacking, photography and playing on my xbox. I've got a nice home in town. I spend my days building amazing websites. And at the end of the day I just like to chill on my couch and relax. Things that make me happy is seeing my kids enjoying themselves and spending time outdoors. I like to go backpacking and geocaching. I love European board games. Walking Dead is one of the only shows I watch the night that it comes on. I have my own minecraft server. I like art deco wall posters and vintage travel/advertising posters. When I was a kid I thought being a race car driver would be a great idea. I like to collect comic books.

Why I am a Mormon

Why not? I was raised in the church. But in the end, that doesn't mean anything. All of us have to have our own personal conversion. It comes when you are evaluating your life, you start thinking less about yourself and more about the big picture. You reflect on the experiences in your life and when you had good times and bad. For me, I found the good times when I was living the faith and doing what was right. Without it, life just wasn't very good. My family is happy and I am happy when I surround myself with the gospel and live the faith. It makes a world of difference.

How I live my faith

I spend my days helping the bishop and helping others who need to see him. I also take time to reach out and help others who need it. I have my families that I home teach as well as volunteer work. Most often, I just try to be a good example to others. And of course, there's my family who I and my wife work to teach them and guide them.
