Hi I'm Becky

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am happily married and I am the mother of seven now adult children. I have 4 sons and 3 daughters. I am a grandmother to four. I have loved gardening, reading, quilting, working with may hands and I do a lot of family history.I was born and raised on a farm and a a teen would have much rather helped my dad on the farm then to have done housework with my mom.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the church when I was seven and i was baptized when I turned 8. My parents were not active, but I had friends who were active and I always knew that they cared about me. I became acitve when I was 17 and was given the chance to attend BYU. My testimony of my Savior and his plan for us to return to him grew while I attended college. I love the fact that families can be together forever and that has been a strength to me for many years. I am grateful that my Savior died for me to allow me to return and live with my Father in Heaven and that my family can be with me there.

How I live my faith

I currently with my husband visit an extended family that through the years have become vey close to us. We have served them through the death of the father and grandfather and have loved to visit them as they are now like family to us. I also serve in Family history as a support missionary helping people throughout the world as they work to find they ancestors. It has been a great pleasure in the past to have had the chance to teach youth, and work for years helping the young men in the Boy Scout program.
