Hi I'm Stacey

I grew up on the East Coast but now live in the Midwest. I'm married and have 4 children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom to 4 young children. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to travel and experience new things.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe in Christ and have a testimony that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is His church. I know that we have a loving Heavenly Father and have felt His hand in my life. Our church teaches basic principles like faith in Jesus Christ, that we can live with our Heavenly Father again someday if we are obedient to the commandments, that families can be together forever. We are taught that this life is a time for us to learn, but that this is not all. There are even greater things to come after this life. I am grateful for these simple teachings that give me hope, comfort, and peace.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. I try to treat others with kindness and show compassion to those in need. I enjoy serving in my church and feel that this service is one small way I can show my Savior I love Him and want to follow Him.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

The Bible teaches us, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering..." James 15-6. When I pray and then receive answers to those prayers, even if they are just small things like helping me to feel comforted when I'm afraid, my faith grows as I feel the Lord's presence in my life.
