Hi I'm Cait

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Missouri and I am involved in many different activities. I love to sing and dance and read good books.

About Me

I grew up in Missouri and I come from a loving family with two sisters and one brother. My parents both worked while I grew up and I learned the value of hard work. I love to read great books, listen to music and sing. I have danced for years in a wide variety of styles and enjoy getting lost in the moment. I love to do theater and enjoy creating new characters. I play the violin and love classical music. I graduated college with a degree in Sociology. I am going into Marriage and Family Therapy and look forward to helping people create and strengthen the family unit. I am married and love that aspect of my life. I am a mom of a little boy! He is my complete joy in life! I enjoy cooking. I find cooking therapeutic and stressful at the same time. But I enjoy creating new dishes. I love to eat and joy foods from all around the world. I am a firm believer in friendship, laughter and living life to the fullest.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a mormon is easy for me. Because of the beliefs and values, I am a very healthy person, I have gained my education, have a strong relationship with my family and friends. I have enjoyed life in so many more ways because I am not worrying about other things. The church has given me a wonderful sense of purpose and self esteem. Many people in the world view mormon women as belittled, under minded, etc. But this has never been the case. I have always been taught and treated like a queen. That my opinion matters, and my life is worth something of great value. I have a wonderful relationship with my father in heaven. I know that he loves me, I have never doubted him, I have doubted myself at times, but never him. He lets me know daily that he loves me, and that he cares for me. When life seems dark and dreary, and when there are times that you think that life cannot get any lower, I remember and embrace my relationship with my father heavenly father. My life is not easy, never really has been, but it is completely worth it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith daily in everything I do. How I dress, how I talk, and conduct myself. I know I am a daughter of God, and that has me holding my head high and holding onto my self esteem.
