Hi I'm Kelley

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the mother of two teenagers and I've been married to my best friend for 23 years. I'm a California native now living in the middle of Indiana. I'm a human resources exec and I love my job. My free time is precious so I spend it with with my family. We like to take road trips but or favorite vacations are at the beach.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church when I was 19 years old. At that time I was dating a boy who was Mormon and I was impressed by his faith, his strong desire to serve a church mission and his relationship with his family. I wanted to understand why he believed what he did and how he could take two years out of his life, putting aside school and work to serve a mission in Japan. Because of his example I started to read the Book of Mormon he had given me a couple years earlier. Through my reading of the Book of Mormon and his continued example and testimony as a missionary, I gained my own understanding of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and the gospel of Jesus Christ. I'm a Mormon because I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the one true faith.

How I live my faith

I live my faith one day at a time. I am constantly reminded of the blessings my Heavenly Father has given me--my family, my friends, my health, my faith. All that I have I owe to my Heavenly Father and to Him I am extremely grateful. I try to show Him my gratitude by living as He would have me live and acting as He would have me act. Sometimes I falter, but I know He loves me and understands my weaknesses. I know that tomorrow is another day and another opportunity to live my faith.
