Hi I'm Glenn G

I am retired, I write, I produce and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been many things in my life. I have served in The US Navy, tended bar, sold stocks, started a business and lived life maybe a little too full. I have experienced many things including the darker side of life. However, through it all, I have always believed there was a God and that he sent His Son to redeem us. Sometimes the way I lived wouldn't convince you of it. To me the amazing thing is no matter how far I strayed, there God was to help me pick up the pieces. I a convinced He has a hand in th elives of men. Always coaxing never forcing. He is there for all of us.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because, I believe that God talks with men today as in the past. He is deeply involved in the lives of men and said He would alway provide prophets to help guide us in the manner The Savoir desired us to be taught. I am a Mormon, because God lives and has provided a structure to help lead a life He would want me to live. I am a Mormon because I have asked Him if it is true and He has told me yes. Oh, He didn't descend in a chariot of fire or appear to me at all. Nor have angels come to me in the night to tell me it is so. Rather, He as He promised has sent the Holy Spirit to be my companion, if I only choose to listen. That is really why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

It is simple to live this faith, though it is not always easy to live it. Each day, I search the Word of God through scriptures and the the words of His servants. As I learn each principle of truth, I try to incorporate it into my life. At the point I fail to live the principle, I try once more until it becomes part of what you see, what you hear and how you feel around me. Christ told us that others may see and taste the "fruits" of our lives and know that The Gospel is good. That is my goal and that is how I try to live my faith. I hope one day to say that I am doing it.
