Hi I'm Mike

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a 19 year old criminal justice student soon departing on my mission. I'm an outdoorsman, an avid reader, a recreational shooter, and a proud American.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, as my parents before me, simply because I cannot deny that the Book of Mormon contains the spirit and words of Christ. I know and love God, and I find that the teachings of this Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints help me draw nearer to him. I never feel more complete than when I pore over the words of prophets present and past.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by holding myself to standards befitting an ambassador of Christ. At church, I participate by leading a lesson discussion once a month in a class of my peers.

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

As a Mormon, I have come to view my primary purpose in life as growth - Growth in faith, growth in knowledge, growth in my ability to discern good from evil, growth in loving relationships, and growth in charity. Show more Show less
