Hi I'm Aaron

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Ohio, and I love it there. I really enjoy sports and everything about them. I just enjoy doing normal things like any other 20 year old guy, and I'm Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm Mormon because I have come to know for myself that this is the true church. I was born into the church with a strong Mormon ancestry, but I still had to come to know this was the true church for myself. I had always believed what I had been taught growing up from my parents and teachers, at church, was true, but it wasn't until I was in my teens that I finally got that assurance for myself. It didn't come all at once, but instead over a period of time. I had to continually work to receive my own testimony. But when I did, I couldn't deny it. I just knew it was right and that this is the true church on the earth today. I had realized that what is in the Book of Mormon is true, and what is in it would help me find true happiness. This gospel has given me assurance that if I just do what is asked of me, then I have absolutely nothing to worry about. It helps me get through all the tough times I have had to go through in my life, from setbacks to disappointments. There is no way I could do anything now a days without this truth in my life. I know this church is true, there is no doubt in my mind. I know Joseph Smith was called of God to restore His gospel on the earth today. I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God. And I know I wouldn't be nearly as happy in my life today if I didn't have this knowledge and truth in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith right now, by serving a two year mission in Anaheim, California. I go around talking to people about this church and about all the happiness it will bring them in their lives, if they let it. I love the opportunity I have to share the gospel with others. It has brought me so much joy in my life, it is only fair I try and bring that joy to others in their lives. I live my faith by sharing it all the time, with everyone I meet, and by doing my best to follow the counsel we have received from God and his servents. I just try my best to be the person Heavenly Father wants me to be.
