Hi I'm Blair Compton

I'm a Physical Therapist. I love Chocolate. I love my Family and I am a mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and a father. I enjoy food and a learned to make chocolates. When I was 10 my father was transferred from Panama to Maryland in the United States and we went on the first road trip of my life. I have lived in Panama, Germany and 9 different states in the United States of America amd have learned that there is good people everywhere.

Why I am a Mormon

I was lucky to be borned to a family that love Jesus Chrsit and were and are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. But with life nothing in really given to you. In my youth I made choice that separtated me from activity in the church ,but not the love of God. In my darkest hour, I turn to my father 2 thousand miles away and recieved a new set of scriptures. I turned to the Book of Mormon to find out for myself for the first time if it was true or not. In my exercise of faith, I lived the commandments as best I could, kept a journal, prayed to my Father in Heaven, and read 10 pages a day from The Book of Mormon. ( A task that took more than an hour at first.) Great blessings came into my life. I was able to move home knowing for myself that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, that Jesus Christ restored His church to the earth complete with the priesthood, prophets and apostles. In truth, the arm of mercy that was always there enbraced me, lifed me up and in the time since has guided me make more out of my life than I could ever of hoped for.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by most importantlly being a loving husband and father. I strive to lead my family to God and His Son, Jesus Christ. I live my faith by leading out in family home evening, daily scripture study, and family prayer that none of my children get lost. I live my faith as I strive to live a good life as an example of Jesus Christ who's name I have take upon my through baptism. I live my faith by treating everyone I meet with kindness and tring to be a true friend to all.

What do Mormons believe about Jesus Christ? Do Mormons believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?

Blair Compton
Jesus Christ, as The New Testament records was born of Mary and God the Father in the meridain of time. He lived a perfect life, healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, and raised many from the dead. Then at the end of His earthly ministy, He suffered for the sins and afflictions of all mankind, was judged of men and crucifed. Jesus Christ willingly atoned for the sins of mankind making it possible for me and everyone of the family of Adam to repent of our sins and be able to return to our Father in Heaven. Jesus Christ gave His life on the cross and took it up again from the tomb. Jesus Christ is the Savior of mankind. Jesus Christ was faithfull in fulfilling His Father's will that all that come unto Him may have eternal life being save from physical and spiritual death. Show more Show less
