Hi I'm Tyler

I grew up in the Puget Sound, I'm starting college, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love Music. I play guitar, and I like to sing. I've lived in Washington most of my life, and I have to say I'd never live anywhere else. I love it because I get to enjoy the outdoors, in all it's variety. Mountains, oceans, we have most of it. As for my High School lifestyle I've always been an introvert, but I'm trying bust out of my shell. I do that by trying to get jobs I'd never dare to go for, and attending college classes that aren't my forte. I have a huge family, I'm the youngest of 8 and yes I probably am spoiled. I look up to my brothers for the type of people they are, and the life choices they've made. I've made the choice to go on a mission in a year, which I believe will be a pivotal stage in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I can't point out a particular time when I knew that the LDS church the right one for me, it's been a long process. My choice to be a Mormon came slowly, almost like a sunset. The longer I waited patiently, the more I could see. It took serious prayer, and study. I thought about my beliefs a lot and now looking at my choice to 'live my faith' I've realized that God has given me many answers, that are straight from him. I think the reason I am a Mormon is because I get answers and peace from God when I live what Jesus Christ teaches through the Book of Mormon

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every Sunday, reading my scriptures and seeking a personal relationship with my Heavenly Father. When I pray, and expect answers from God all through out the day, He gives me 'tips' on how I can do a better Job at whatever I am pursuing. When I read the scriptures I think about what lessons the stories teach me and how they can make my life better. I love and get along with others because of the peace God gives me when I live by his teachings. Living my faith means making personal sacrifices out of love for God and others.
