Hi I'm Jason

I'm a torch juggler. I'm a media guru. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I married my sweetheart and we have a beautiful baby boy. I work as a digital media planner - which means I follow online trends and place advertisements for various companies. I have a passion for juggling and volunteer regularly at schools, fairs, retirement homes, and community events. I love life, serving others, and my little family.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were investigating the Mormon church and had been trying for some time to get pregnant. My father was looking for a sign from God to know the Church was true, after which my mother became pregnant. He thought that it was just lucky timing and asked for a greater sign. My mother then learned that she was pregnant with twins. Those twins were my brother and I. My father was baptized shortly thereafter. I have studied and prayed and know the Church to be true. One cannot read the Book of Mormon without an overwhelming sense that it is ancient scripture. Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer - and I know that He lives.

How I live my faith

Despite my demanding work schedule and other responsibilities, I attend church weekly and help others come closer to Christ. I currently serve in the men's organization at church. I regularly give service in the community with the other people in my Ward. Most importantly, I strive every day to love and provide for my wife. Because we want to have our marriage last eternally, we will read the scriptures, pray, and talk of Jesus every day. She doesn't let me leave the house without saying family prayer!

What do Mormons believe concerning the doctrine of grace?

Grace is an essential part of our salvation. It is not a free pass to heaven, however it is a free gift to all. After we fulfill all of the parts of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, specifically 1 having faith is Jesus Christ, 2 repenting of our sins, 3 being baptized, 4 receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and 5 enduring to the end, we must then rely on the grace of God to return to His presence.
