Hi I'm Joshua

I'm a lover of the outdoors, playing guitar and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Josh and I am a total outdoors kind of guy. I also love playing the guitar and creating music, it is definitely one of my passions. I love the Lord and am so grateful for the guidance and direction He has given me through the gospel. I grew up in St. George, Utah and am the oldest of five. My mom and dad are two of the most incredible people in the world. I would not be where I am today without them for more reasons than the obvious. I love my family so much. They are always there for me and have never given up on me. I am a pretty big softie, no lie. I am a baby when it comes to family and the gospel. Those two things are very dear to my heart. I plan on studying business in college and one day soon start a few of my own companies. I know that these aren't the best of times but I don't see the point in aiming low. I love meeting and being around people! I think it is so interesting to find out how everyone has gotten to be where they are now. I'm starting to understand my purpose in life, thanks to the gospel and my mission. I am going to give it my all and not look back!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for so many reasons. But, the biggest and most important reason is because I have come to know my Savior, Jesus Christ, through living the principles taught in the Book of Mormon and in the Bible. I know that the Bible is the word of God. I also know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. Together, they contain the fulness of the Gospel. It's all there. I know that this Church is the true Church of Jesus Christ on the earth today.

How I live my faith

I am trying to live my faith the very best I can by sharing my testimony of the Savior with others, by serving others, by learning about the Savior and His teachings more and more each day, and by striving to live a life that would make our Savior, Jesus Christ, proud. I am a firm believer that it is much more honorable to live what you believe instead of simply saying "I believe". I know that the Savior has extended the invitation to us all to "follow Him" and I am striving to do just that. When you have a firm belief and faith in the Savior, you can't help but feel the desire to serve others around you - to LIVE your faith.
