Hi I'm Jesse

I'm from California. I'm a Water Polo Player. I Like to make awesome films. I'm a Missionary in South Carolina. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love sports. I played water polo, swimming and football. I even participated in drama and choir while being active in sports. I'm into film and hope to start a career in filming. I'm a missionary in South Carolina preaching the gospel to those who are in need, even when they don't know they are looking for the ture gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know this work is true. I believe that there is only one true church here on this earth and it’s The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. I've come to know that to be true by reading the Book of Mormon. Everyone says that a lot, but it’s true. It’s so simple, but everyone by passes it, even I did. You won't know for yourself until you try your faith, read and actually ponder what it says; I know that to be true also. It states that in the last two paragraphs of the introduction. I would commit you to do the same.

How I live my faith

Showing my faith is being a Missionary for the Columbia, South Carolina Mission. It's definitely hard work, but as I study the Bible and the Book of Mormon, I learn that the Prophets & Apostles of old, and as well as Jesus Christ, did missionary work to bring them closer OUR Heavenly Father. I live my faith by trying to be obedient to the commandments. It's not easy, but it’s a learning progress. As we come to church, we are there to learn each week how to prefect our lives so that we can once again live with our Heavenly Father for Eternity.

Why do Mormons believe in the Bible?

We believe in the Bible because its the word of God. Both the Old Testament and the New Testament testify of Christ. We believe in the Bible because we believe God calls Prophets, and that he still calls Prophets today. The Bible teaches this, and the Book of Mormon is proof of this. Show more Show less
