Hi I'm Esther Chaddock

I grew up in Santa Cruz California, I'm a mother and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married and a stay at home mom of 4. I'm currently going back to school to get a degree in the medical field. I came from a large mormon family. I love sports-especially soccer. I love to scrapbook and take pictures. I love music and what it can share with others.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church my whole life, I came from a large family 8 kids. We attended church every Sunday. I didn't always know that this church was true. But I remember when I was having a difficult time in life and things just weren't going good for me, I was probably about 16 or so, and I was told that if I asked my Heavenly Father for help tha he would help me. I struggled with this, I really didn't know if he would listen. I couldn't do it, next week at church we had this musical number during sacrament meeting It talked about the Savior and how he was always there. That night I was in my bedroom when I knelt down and just talked to my Heavenly Father, about what was going on, and that I felt like I needed to know if this was the right path for me. I will never forget the feeling that I got that night, it was like there was someone sitting right next to me with there arms around me, the love I felt was like my own parents embrace. I felt the love of my Heavenly Father and that he knew what I was going through and that he had a plan for me, from then on I wasn't perfect but I knew that this was the church that I wanted to belong to, it was true and my Heavenly Father really does listen.

How I live my faith

My husband and I are currently teaching the children of the church ages 6-7, it is a wonderful experience to feel these beautiful spirits every Sunday. How pure and innocent they are and how they see the world. We try to be examples to them and the people around us, at school and at work.
