Hi I'm Omni

I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently studying at Law school. I like watching good and appropriate movies. I like playing chess. Above all, I love searching the scriptures.

Why I am a Mormon

My grandfather, father of my mother, was the first to accept the Gospel of Christ the Mormons taught. I am named after a Book of Mormon historian "Omni". This means that I grew up in the Mormon Church. In my primary age, my testimony of the Gospel then was to me a borrowed one until I reached the age of maturity. My testimony did not come to me in full, it came gradually, I took a lot of searching, fasting and praying. When I had the desire to serve God in Full-time Mission, I faced one great obstacle, that is I am a handicapped person (I am a victim of Polio), my right leg didn't grow normal. But through the grace and mercy of God, I was able to serve a 24-month full-time mission and fulfilled with honor. This event in my life has the greatest contribution of why I am still a Mormon, the love I have for the Savior Jesus Christ grew stronger, the knowledge I have about Christ's Atonement becomes clearer. As a handicapped person, to fulfill a full-time mission is to me a miracle as that of Moses parting the Red Sea. I am a Mormon because I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith by giving unselfish service. I am currently serving as a clerk in our ward. I am also a teacher of the Young Single Adults in our ward. I am also serving as a Stake executive secretary. I love my Church callings. I love serving my fellowmen. I also love to participate in a community service project of the Church.
