Hi I'm Paula

I'm from the Philippines currently serving in California Oakland/San Francisco Mission. I'm a Mormon! :-)

About Me

I am grateful to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I love the Lord. I love my family. I love everyone. I love my life! :-)

Why I am a Mormon

My grandparents were the first one to be converted in the Church including my dad. My mom was the only member in the church in her family. Both of my parents are members. But even though I was born in the church, I have a testimony that this is His true church. I have read the Book of Mormon for so many times. And every time I do, I always feel the Spirit confirming its truthfulness. I love being a Mormon. I'm very grateful that my grandparents and my mom accepted the gospel of Jesus Christ. I would like to thank those missionaries who taught them. The gospel of Jesus Christ brought happiness into our lives. And through this we will have an opportunity to be with our families for eternity. Being a Mormon taught me to maintain a high standard. If not of the gospel of Jesus Christ, I don't know where would I be or what would I be. I can say that I am a better person now all because of Jesus Christ and His teachings. Because of it, I am motivated to follow His example and be like Him. Having the gospel in my life makes me feel that I am never alone in this journey through life. I'm so very grateful to the testimony that I have. It gives me the strength that I needed to endure in this life. I love the Lord. I love His gospel. I love the Book of Mormon. This is His true church. He loves us and is watching over us. He wants us to return to His presence. And we can if we will remain faithful and obedient to His commandments.

How I live my faith

I am active in the church. I teach in the young women class. And it's so fun to be with them. I love sharing the knowledge that I have and help them gain a stronger testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I also serve as a branch missionary. I love working with the full-time missionaries, sharing my testimony with others, and helping them answer their questions about life. I was able to realize so many things. I feel so much joy in doing missionary work. And now, I am honored and privileged to announce that I will be serving as a full-time missionary in California Oakland/San Francisco Mission. This is my way of showing my love and appreciation to the Atonement made by Jesus Christ for us. I love the Lord. I love my family. I love serving the people. I feel so blessed that I have the gospel in my life.
