Hi I'm Nathan

I'm a state champion runner. I'm a unicycler. I'm bilingual. I like to try new things. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love trying and becoming proficient in new things, but the things that have stuck for good have been running and frisbee. I love learning, especially about how the human body operates. I love going home and enjoying the beautiful scenery of North Carolina. I'm the oldest of 4 kids, spent 2 years teaching people about Christ in California and am attending medical school at Campbell University in North Carolina.

Why I am a Mormon

If it was my responsibility to get back home from hanging out with my friends by 5 to take my brother to an activity and I didn't, I felt bad because I knew I made things harder on someone else in my family. I grew up with an inherent desire to do what's right because it made me feel at peace. As a child I liked to obey my parents because I trusted their judgment and that they knew what was best. They taught me the gospel of Jesus Christ by their example and helped me learn to live it. When I chose to disobey, not my parents, but go against what God expects of me i could feel a difference that I didn't enjoy. That feeling is what I search for in life because I know that when I do so, the Spirit of God remains with me and I'm happy.

How I live my faith

I teach others what I have come to understand about Christ's gospel. I strive everyday to do better and live His teachings!
