Hi I'm Cynthia

I'm from Peru. I'm a wife, a mother, a nurse. I love to dance and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Lima, Peru and have been married for almost 4 years. I'm a mother with a 20 month old baby boy who I love to take care of. I studied nursing in my country. I came to Canada for my husband who was living here. I love Canada, it's my second country. Now I'm studying English to reach my goal, which is, to work as a Canadian nurse. I love to dance especially Salsa and Merengue because as soon as I hear music my feet start to move ,which have led me to win several dance competitions for it as well. I'm a really clean and organized person and I like to keep my house that way as well. I love spending time with my husband and take care of my baby, that's the best time for me.

Why I am a Mormon

If I wouldn't have grown up in the church (in this modern-day world) I wouldn't be who I am today, nor would I have the things which I have today. By having the chance to grow up in the church, I've been able to obtain the principles that have helped me make the best decisions in my life. Now I am happily married, and even though I'm not perfect, I try to excel everyday. I know that families can be together forever. This makes me happy because I know that after this life I can again be with my family forever, if I obey the commandments and do my best. I don't "believe" that Jesus Christ lives, I know that He lives, and that there is a Heavenly Father that loves all of His children. All we have to do is obey, and do what He wants us to do. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet, and that through him, Jesus Christ restored the Gospel. That today there is a prophet, whom recieves revelations from God, to help better ourselves. I couldn't have ever been as happy without the Gospel in my life, that what I am today. I just invite you to search, and ask about us.

How I live my faith

I've served in the church with several callings. One to name would be working with the young womens, such as teaching them about the gospel principles and helping them reach both they're temporary and spiritual goals as well. I've also taught similar principles to distinct age groups in doing so. Presently my husband and I coordinate church activities to help bond, strenghten, and entertain our church family as well as help out with women classes. I live my faith through my involvment with the church, because I know this will not only mold me but ultimately my son as well into a social rolemodel.
