Hi I'm Jonathan

I grew up in Oklahoma. I enjoy learning new things that benefits the family, those in need, and myself. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised around, Native American pow-wows and tribal ceremonials. I was taught to be proud of who I am; stand up for myself and others, if it's for the right reason; ask to help, even if help is not needed; always respect women, the elder, and be a great example for the children. What I enjoy the most when I was a child is, family gatherings. Nothing made me more happy than friends, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents, all came together to laugh, share stories, BBQ, and play games. It leads to a happier, healthier, and stronger relationship with God and family. I truely love being active in the, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I know its Gods true Church in these latter days. Since I turn 14, I've been struggling with my own problems and fears. I went down a road I never thought possible, a road of darkness and pain. I search for a way out, nothing help in this world. I picked up the Bible for the first time at age 26, that began my search for help, from not of this world, but from God. Two scriptures settle in me the most, that I believe helped me recognize the truth of the Church and to gain freedom from the bonds of satan. "AND OTHER SHEEP I HAVE, WHICH ARE NOT OF THIS FOLD: THEM ALSO I MUST BRING, AND THEY SHALL HEAR MY VOICE; AND THERE SHALL BE ONE FOLD, AND ONE SHEPERD." "UPON THIS ROCK I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH."The Book of Mormon explains the other sheep(Native Americans) and His Church will be build on revelation and prophets in Jesus Christ name

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon cause there's structure to the Church in Jesus Christ name, in everything he has taught in the scriptures and the prophets. I've been seeking this true Church as long as I've first picked up the Bible and began to read. Throughout my journey I've had had a pull of both sides, ''Good and Evil''. But each church I when to, they had no Christ Jesus of what the scriptures taught- Foundation. So, I was lost..., A wondering sheep without his sheperd. I felt no better. Only worse. But for some reason, I had to talk to God. In everything I did, I know it had to be for a reason and not a waste of time, cause if that was true than I would not feel this urge to seek, to knock and to ask in His name, if I knew shortly I would receive an answer and I always did. Little by little it lead me closer and closer to my sheperd and his fold. I live more in Faith with Fear and Love, than I ever have before. He's in control of mylife and I thank him for that, throughout each day. He's my High Tower, my Rock, in him I trust. I know the Church is true. I say this all in Jesus Christ. Amen

How I live my faith

How I live my faith is simple. Your life is like the seasons: You lose whats so dear and you struggle with what you have. Through this time you start your growth and in the end you rejoice in all you learned. In the Bible and the Book of Mormon he taught us simply alot by scripture, by word, by prayer, and by example. He did this all in love. So live by Jesus' example.
