Hi I'm Marci

I'm a mom. I'm bilingual, and I love to travel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

After graduating from college, I enjoyed the chance to work with developmentally delayed and disabled children. I love the mountains and being outdoors. I am married and am a busy mother of four. Some of my hobbies include water and snow skiing, reading biographies, sewing, playing the piano, and I find it fascinating to travel the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have felt something special in my heart as I've learned about and shared my beliefs with others. I feel peace and comfort knowing why I'm here on earth, where I was before, and where I'm going after this life. Living this religion brings me happiness each day. It feels right. It makes sense. I believe in the same organization that existed in the church that Christ formed when he was on the earth It is the same today, in these last or latter days. Christ leads and guides his church through a prophet today. I know the prophet is called of God. If we follow his counsel, we will be truly happy in this life and the next.

How I live my faith

As part of living my faith, I get to work with girls ages 8-11. They help me in planning activities twice a month such as providing service in the community, learning a new skill, studying the scriptures, and writing in journals. Basically helping them learn to develop qualities that will help them become righteous young women. It is a joy to associate with these girls and feel like I'm helping them progress.
