Hi I'm Nichole

I am a mom of 4, a wife, and I love my life! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 4. My youngest is entering Kindergarten and my oldest is entering high school so I am beginning a new phase in my life with no kids at home during the day. Right now I am deciding what to do with myself....I'm thingking maybe I will go back to school and finish my degree and go from there. I love to learn and they say learning opens the doors to many opportunities. I am currently a cubscout leader. I am not the best leader but I love my boys, they are tons of fun and we are always looking for fun ideas and activities. I love to watch and play sports, scrapbook, and play with my kids. Going to the beach or camping in the mountains are more of my favorite things. I also love to travel. It is my goal to see much of the world. I have been off to a good start, but have a long way to go.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because when I was in a time of great need it was my Mormon friends and family that stood beside me. They did not judge, but instead wrapped their arms around me and helped me reach my full potential. My husband although he was already a member and I were converted at the same time shortly after we were engaged. I found great strength from the gospel and especially loved the idea that families could be together forever. There is nothing that means more to me than family. As the years have gone by my testimony has been strenghtened time and time again as the Lord has guided me and directed me down many different paths. Some were easy and some were hard, but they have all been worth it. I love this gospel and I know without a doubt that it is true. Joseph Smith is a prophet who brought forth the Book of Mormon under the direction of a Heavenly Father who loves us. This book has brought me more joy and comfort than any other. It is a true guide to what we can do to reach our full potential and become the people that our Father in Heaven wants us to be. I love President Monson and I know he is our prophet today. He is such a wonderful man full of so much love. I only hope I can do what I can to become like him and follow his example of service to others.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday by doing my best to be a good mom, wife, daughter, friend, and neighbor. I serve members of my church by being a cubscout leader for the 8-9 year old boys. I am also an assistant girls camp leader and I am looking forward to my first girls camp adventure!

What is being a Mormon like?

Being a Mormon is the best thing in the world. Our family has moved often and there is no greater feeling than knowing that where ever we go there will always be a church there with open doors and loving people. The church is the same throughout the world and you will always find a family where ever you go! Being a Mormon also makes life easier. When people know who you are and what you stand for it takes the pressure off. You already know how you want to live and when temptations come it is easier to say no, and people expect you to and admire you when you do! Show more Show less
